    you'll most likely see the sponsor's tracker update the eligibility to completed first, then the letter would be sent to sponsor's email after few days.

    No. They are different. Can't be reused. When you receive the BIL, you follow the BIL.

    apply ASAP to get AOR then apply for the bridging OWP. If you apply that OWP before the PGWP expires (or 2 weeks before it expires without AOR), then you will be in maintained status, and you can keep working until the decision is made on that OWP application.
