Update: Aug 12 AOR, was able to access tracker today on Aug 14, after 9 am. Everything shown as in progress now. From majority reports i saw online, most people should be able to access tracker 2 days after AOR, regardless if you received a tracker invitation email or not.- jarvisw

I submitted my application a day after you, on May 10, and got AOR yesterday. Also travelled to the US after applying, and will travel to the US again next week. So far haven't got such letter. It's kinda weird as I think the physical presence only look at the 5 calendar years before submission...- jarvisw

i don't think enrolment letter from your university qualifies as a language proof as it doesn't show that you've completed such program in good standing. as per IRCC official guide, the following are acceptable: diploma transcript certificate- jarvisw
