    Nono, I always use that method, specifically if you select 5 for refugee travel document, it say "to serve you better we are transferring your call to an agent” and contact you agent after 20-30 minutes. On than method they told me about my Eligibility Criminal Medical Bil Security

    I gave biometric two time in 2021 and 2023. Depends on IRCC biometric rule , who applied for PR should give new biometric, but am not entirely sure.

    Am happy for you! Maybe the system skip my application. Wish you good luck for your P1, once the officer opens your file you will receive it , then automatic system will continue for P2.
