    Even though the processing time is listed as 66 days, it feels like the October applications have been left behind in the system. I'm curious if anyone who applied right before or after October has actually received their visa yet.

    Absolutely nothing. You call them- the rep. gives you the same answer that, " they will write the notes that the application is over the number of processing times listed." That's all they can do.

    Is there any update for your Mother's profile. I was finally able to talk to a rep. today; and she just added notes that the processing time is passed. Pure BS as they can not do anything.

    Cool. Hopefully you get an answer soon. I called them. Unfortunately, I was not set up as a rep. and they did not provide me with any information. I uploaded the form so have to wait to wait until the form gets uploaded and then I will spend 2-3 hours again trying to get hold of them.

    Contact the same place where he applied for his refugee. Call them and they will not give you the straight forward answer. But do not give up. Get the contact number for the place where his passport is at present. In our case it was at Calgary. I applied in Montreal but the passport was sent to...
