Hi 2 weeks ago was exactly 2 years since AOR. Since c-check started- 22 months Spouse c-check completed actually at the end of November 2025, IRCC marked his background as completed at the beginning of March 2026. But despite that and the overall waiting time, dependent’s background was completed on the tracker 1 month ago. Only principle’s one is still ongoing. Yes, I’ve contacted many (around 6-7) and all of them are ready to start the process. The main difference is how much each lawyer charges for his / her work. One lawyer even has suggested another option that could be done in parallel with the mandamus process or as a stand-alone procedure...- Polina123

Hi CBSA notes were exactly the same as IRCC notes received at the end of February. The file has not been touched by the officer since the end of January. So, the latest notes from CBSA were a little bit useless. I’m Outland.- Polina123
