    I'm sorry to hear that. Did you choose the option "agent call back later" when you tried to contact IRCC via phone? I had to do that because the wait time was around 45 mins when I called them this noon via 1-888-242-2100 (IRCC Automated Toll Free line, I believe).

    It went radio silent after submitting additional documents on August 13th 2026. I have to disctract myself with mundane things and keep telling myself that this will be over "soon". Such a pain in my neck to deal with IRCC all of the time.

    My tracker shows that my prohibition was updated to complete on August 13th 2026. My spouse and I have submitted additional documents for Physical Presence and hopefully we could see update on this in next few weeks. This arduous journey is really tiresome!

    Physical Presence Calculator

    It should be No as you're not physically present in Canada from 2021-2026. A resident status (temporary or permanent) is only when you enter Canada legally and stay in the country for a period of time (measured in "day(s)"). This is just my interpretation and should not be taken as legal advice...

    Seym makes a great answer to mention that the physical presence is calculated with 4 years immediate before the date you submit your application. It's locked and whether you're in Canada or not after submitting the application is irrelevant until you need to come back to Canada for Oath Ceremony...
