    As the other person said, ecopr is received after you submit your photo (portal 2). That took 27 days for me. Im waiting for the card. Dont know how long will be. But now already passed almost 4 weeks since my ecopr.

    It already started but not working by order, fiest come first served. Im telling because im from August 2023 and I got FD before some people of May. Maybe because of complex of file, country or whatever, they are working but not recommended expect by date of application. Thats my opinion.
