    Makes no sense, if apply, they will reject again and each time you apply must spend a lot of money in documents, translations a bunch of paper they request, and that money is lost. Better wait until the PR come. :/

    Im August 2023 too but I already got it. Did you notify immigration when move from province? Maybe still handling your file in Quebec. I have friends there and even if we applied similar time, they still not have PR.

    From ecopr to PR card arriving is about 45 days. Mine ecopr may 06. Card arrived on June 25th. Could be shorter time but not expect less than one month. Good luck!

    As you said, carry with your documents because some airlines employees don't know or don't have correct information. You will be able to return to Canada but will spend a bas moment. Better to travel prepared, bring all documents.
