    They can't request a PCC from your country of origin; if they did, that would be wrong. However, if you've lived in a third country for more than six months, they can request it from there. You mentioned they requested a lot of documents; that part is even more absurd. good luck for everything.

    Generally, if the upload section appears on the gckey, they say to send it via gckey but it seems many people also send it via webform. There seems to be a slight uncertainty at this point.
