Refugee Travel Document - Questions and Answers
I am confused about mailing RTD application to a Sydney NS address. POD PPT-COI, PO Box 8100 Stn A, Sydney, NS B1P 0M2. However, I could see that most folks sent their applicants to ottawa address. Can someone confirm if its the latest change. thanks- Corvallis2015
