    CEC is exempt from proof of funds, which you already know. So why are you complicating things? If you really want, you can add a line in to your LOE (because I'd bet my bottom dollar you're doing one) stating that no proof of funds provided as you're applying under CEC.

    It is completely normal for a reference letter to only indicate the salary received at the point the reference letter is generated. I don’t know why you lot overcomplicate everything. Your LOE is unwarranted.

    Are these results from your tracker? I'm curious if your tracker ever showed eligibility started? My tracker shows background verification as "in progress" and eligibility shows as "not started", whereas on the ircc gckey it shows "we are checking your eligibility" and background has "not started".
