    Let's gather here if you have made claim in 2023 and still waiting for a decision. I submitted BOC in May 2023 and still waiting for a hearing date. The FESS is still pending, so IRB cannot proceed with for hearing.

    I applied in May 2023. First I was notified of file review process in 2024, and then back to a hearing. Still waiting for hearing date. IRB says 2023 files will be done by end of this year. Hopefully!
