    In the first screening, the officer asked about my trip to Japan and if I bring anything special that I need to declare (like meat, seed, etc.). Then I got assigned to secondary screening, been asked about my travel history. Not really anything related to refugee status.

    I suggest don't send them a new email as it doesn't follow their instruction. Not so sure about the really issue you are facing, but I also got some problem opening my P1 in the first time. Try other device, app, or website, phone and PC. I believe you would able to do it in one of the platforms.
