    Renew PR Card with Less Than 2 Years Residency

    Hi all, my parents have not filled the 2 year required and their PR card will expire soon. They were affected by Iran war, ie they planned to come earlier but flights got cancelled. They also age of 68 and 61. I know ideally we should stay for 2 yrs to be filled (they are in Canada right now)...
