    I guess you can request online for most of the countries ,,, like in my case I had to take it out from UAE ,, I applied online paid fee and in 24 hours I got it …. When you received the request from ircc they have mentioned the link on how to get the pcc from whatever country ..

    I have received the same letter today with police certificate section as marked though I have already submitted them when I initially applied my PR. I’ll have stayed in other country other than my country of persecution I’ll resubmit pcc from that country and not for the country of persecution...
