    Each adult applicant (18+) completes and signs their own application. If you are not appointing anyone (lawyer, consultant, or even a family member) to act on your behalf you don't need a representative.

    My status was Grant Review Ready PM03 and transitioned to Grant Clearance Pending a few months later after Language and Physical Presence were completed. Looks like the PM03 officer done the review and it's waiting on CIT CSIS Screening which is outside the scope or IRCC.

    As far as I heard, mandamus has several stages, the initial (e.g. "Letter of Demand") cost less and still may help.
