    Not true The timelines stated are the worst case scenarios including all the exception flows, adrs, interviews etc.

    The timelines posted on Ircc site is the maximum possible amount of time needed not the average time needed.

    There is no way to get average processing time of each region, and processing times are anyways unique case wise. It took my friends 3 months from submitting to getting ppr while the official timelines on the site was 10 months. So can't really go by average times or the official published...
