It was in 2022. Don't worry, people said that it was the combination of that VO Kitchener and VO Vancouver, and it was for PR applications. Citizenship applications will be different. Also, your location is Kitchener doesn't mean that your file will be assigned to the VO Kitchener hehe- novemberrain

Fyi, I took my photo at Pro Passport Photo! Shoppers Drugmart charged $24.99 for 2 physical copies only, but if you want a digital file as well, it will be $39.99 (plus tax). I didn't like to pay that much money for 1 file of photo so I went to Pro Passport Photo, only took the digital file...- novemberrain
