    Sorry, not 'print to PDF', it should be 'Microsoft print to PDF'. Then, at the bottom right corner -> click print. You need to save the document with a new file name. Open the new file -> Click the pen icon -> Add signature -> set the signature Save the file.

    You must first complete the form, make sure there is no mistake, then select print, and then select “print to PDF”. Save the form. This will create a new version of the form that can be digitally signed.
