I sent pictures of me and family. I travelled last october to a third country. I sent money receipts ( remit,ria or any other agency) to show any kind of financisl support. The idea is proof the relation is true. Not broken. And yes, you must submit again.- Flowercita

Yes, give biometrics, Schedule A, proof of relationship (pictures, bank accounts, letters, ), marriage certificate (again), I think after almost 3 years since applied, they need to confirm that relation is still real. My husband was requested for some documents, including again schedule A (it was already sent after we received the AOR in 2023), and that was 7 days before I got my final decission so I think your file is moving, so good!!!- Flowercita

For you, request notes for your dependents, they must sign representative form for you, with the notes you will have an idea how is going with the file. My personal opinion is yes, because complex for PR could take time for colleting, checking documents, time to ask for the documents, people get the documents. Send to IRCC, they check again, so that takes time and they need to keep processing files so move the less complex while more complex...- Flowercita

Sometimes I think , affect the complex of your case, your family, I know people with children of different relations, so thats more complex because need more documents.
