    Thanks. Well, it was 3 months on april, now only 1 and a half month. I think I can get the card by middle June. Crossed fingers because, as You said, vacation are not considered emergency, the emergency is the non-refundable ticket :)

    They are no following per application date in order. I know because im aug 2023 applicant and I recently got the ecopr while people from march still waiting. I Suppose it affects other factors. Complex case or country. Honestly nobody knows what are the parameters.
