They should. The government approved millions, i dont remember exactly, like 120 millions for this initiative. It's not with their regular staff, they are supposed to hire people, more agents. Hopefully they are on it- Flowercita

As the other person said, ecopr is received after you submit your photo (portal 2). That took 27 days for me. Im waiting for the card. Dont know how long will be. But now already passed almost 4 weeks since my ecopr.- Flowercita

It already started but not working by order, fiest come first served. Im telling because im from August 2023 and I got FD before some people of May. Maybe because of complex of file, country or whatever, they are working but not recommended expect by date of application. Thats my opinion.- Flowercita

You´re explanation is good and is true but my point is this: if you want for something, have to look for it. It wasnt easy for me, struggling, working in hard jobs or periods unemployed, nobody say is or will be easy. Staying in Quebec or Ontario has advantages but also disadvantages. Make...- Flowercita

It was 100% sure they are not being part of this intiative. Quebec is so carefull with their immigration official quota. That is ´officially´ because in fact, in real life, people are living, working there but without all the benefits of the PR. If you want to speed up your application, must...- Flowercita
