    Since you entered Canada as a visitor and currently have no status, there's nothing to lose if you keep working. If your WP is denied, it might come with a removal order likely departure.

    You have to be careful as few things can happen due to withdrawal. Loss of status, not being able to work, not qualify for PGWP are all a possibility.

    There is no letter necessary, just show the IRCC link to your employer if they question. It will probably take a while before you receive rejection, but be prepared to pack stuff up quick when it does happen, as the denial might come with a removal order. Enjoy
