March 2025 - Inland Spousal Sponsorship

I can understand how this process can be tough, but i suggest you a pause of checking out others time lines. This won't bring you anything positive, but only more anxiety and stress. You applied in March 2025 and probably you can get the medical request next november. A final decision probably...

IRCC reassessing my eligibility requirements to apply for PR as a member of the spouse in Canada Class(Both Applicant and Sponsor)

Yep, but IRCC sends a letter 2 days after departure... I don't believe that there is any relation with the trip. I have seen a lot of people talking about this reassessment. It's just a way to check if the couple still is together.

Can PR sponsor leave canada for 3 weeks ?

It's fine when the status in Canada is at least worker or student. Otherwise, CBSA can deny the entry because the person is not long a "visitor".

IRCC reassessing my eligibility requirements to apply for PR as a member of the spouse in Canada Class(Both Applicant and Sponsor)

There’s nothing about your spouse leaving the country — she left two days before the letter (IRCC isn’t that efficient lol). Sometimes IRCC does this to make sure the couple is still together. You might receive a document requesting for evidence that you and your spouse are still together...

Can PR sponsor leave canada for 3 weeks ?

I don’t recommend leaving the country if you don’t have at least a work permit. This type of status makes re-entering the country easier. However, if your status is only as a “visitor” and your application is outland, a CBSA agent can deny your entry and tell you to wait for your application abroad.

Same sex conjugal partner PR application refused - 2nd time

ChatGPT usually says what we want to hear, lol. It’s definitely not a good advisor. After two refusals, the person above wants to appeal… in my opinion, that’s a waste of time. I don’t believe that a lack of cohabitation alone is enough reason for a second refusal. It’s clear there’s a severe...

Same sex conjugal partner PR application refused - 2nd time

Sorry, but it's impossible to give you good advice without access to your full application. Only with the complete information would it be possible to understand why IRCC keeps refusing your application and why there is a lack of evidence. A conjugal partner application is not easy, and due to...

Eligibility completed after ADR and pre arrival services does it mean it is passed?

Yes, eligibility completed means that IRCC is satisfied with all evidences of your relationship and has considered your as genuine. I need help in the checklist form imm5533, Question C.

Of course, you have to say ‘no.’ You need to include your divorce certificate in the application. If I were you, I would ask someone with experience to review your application before sending it to IRCC.
