I was able to get through, and the update was that the medicals have expired, and it is upto the immigration officer's discretion on whether they'd request them again.- Hypatia

Just no luck with the IRCC phone number; they keep repeating automated messages, and hang up after stating that they are unable to transfer me to an agent. sigh!- Hypatia

Any updates in the last little while, my friends? I know the official processing time is about 3 years, as per IRCC, and there's nothing we can do, except be patient. But since most of us are reaching the 2 year mark, just wanted to checkin/see what the progress is, if any?- Hypatia
