    I made the mistake of going to Service Canada instead of the passport office. I've had it mailed before but everything was done within 2 weeks, through the passport office. Well, today is day 15, plus another 5 days for printing, so hopefully it's mailed by next Friday.

    Who submitted the application? Is the sponsor your representative - that's usually the case with most sponsors. So, if you submitted as the PA - use PA, otherwise your partner, your representative if you signed that form, will use representative.
