December 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

Yes, and you can create tracker accounts for both PA and a sponsor (sponsor's acc will only show sponsor's eligibility tho) plus create a gckey and link the application there (some more data to daily look into and worry about :) )

AOR and sponsor approval are received by a sponsor

December 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

No, but this is a resubmition after refusal. So med is passed and valid until end of May, biometrics says "in progress", no BIL yet. Expecting sponsor approval, it's been a while

September 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

We got married in Georgia last November, such a beautiful country! Also been in a LDR for 2+ years, I feel like I'm living in the airports: 30+ flights a year to be able to spend at least some time together while I'm working full time in the office in Canada. Stay strong, we all will get...

Is this an AOR? and how long before can check application status?

But let's be real: I doubt there are many people who ACTUALLY got some useful info from either account besides feeding their anxiety :) All the important steps are marked with emails (AOR, sponsor approval, BIL, medical request, eligibility, any additional request, final decision). The only...

Is this an AOR? and how long before can check application status?

I'd call IRCC and check with them what's wrong with the tracker account You don't need to, but it's just a nice thing to have. Essentially, all correspondence from IRCC will be stored there, plus it also has a status of every step of the application

October 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

So I don't exactly understand this. Request is request, you can't just ignore it because you "have existing biometrics" If IRCC decide to accept what was submitted in the previous application (which might happen) - they will let you know / update status to "passed". If the letter was sent and...

Is this an AOR? and how long before can check application status?

Just to make sure we're speaking of the same thing: are you unable to create an account here?

October 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

Don't you need to do biometrics for each application? We re-submitted after rejection (incorrect class) and I was under the impression PA will need to do Biometrics again

Is this an AOR? and how long before can check application status?

If you are referring to gckey, it can be tricky sometimes. You should be able, however, to check tracker for both PA and the sponsor

December 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

It gives AOR more weight though. Now we know this is actually an important step to pass and can have some relief after receiving it lol

December 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

I feel like IRCC agents have become much more strict. I thought normally it would just be an ADR, and now we see the second December application just returned

September 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

PA and Sponsor have separate trackers. You can login to the tracker using Sponsor's UCI and same case number - and you will see "eligibility passed" for the sponsor.

December 2025 - Outland Spousal Sponsorship

What do you mean by "spousal visa"? TRV? As I can see from the tracker, it's about time for early December, the average time to AOR now is ~55 days. I expect AOR in a day or two (applied Dec 4), so with the current trend you will likely get yours somewhere next week
