I didn't contact IRCC. During that time, I extended my work permit and updated my passport. The only thing I contacted IRCC about PR was a passport update. (2025/NOV)- dkfma

I got the portal 1 mail on Jan. However, I am outside Canada. I got the portal mail(same as the first mail) last week and I received an email telling me to proceed with COPR outside Canada. So I'm preparing the documents to send.- dkfma
