    I requested notes on 2024. But nothing changed. We received submitted on August 2023, AOR on October 2023. Submitted additional documents on Nov, pay biometric fee on that month. After that, nothing.

    It's supposed they cant do much. Cannot interfiere. It is really delayed, can request for notes or something. But in practice, not help. I request help three times. Always same answer. Within timeframe( they extemd timeframe when needed :/ )

    You dont need. Brown paper is for refugees claimant. You are a protected person.

    I have a question for this. In processing times appears for me 4 months left (for August 2023) , If I have a planned trip on July, what will happen if I received that email when Im outside. I will be out for 15 days. Im wondering about. Dos anybody knows what to do in that situtation?

    That portal is only for send the application. Never use it again. You need a IRCC Secure Account, can login using your GC Key and link your file. About the portal I heard it is by email, not in the portal But as I still not receive it, I cant confirm about it.
