    Reading the question, I would think the answer is Yes. Your minor was outside of Canada from August 13, 2019 to June 22, 2022 (1044 days).

    I haven't submitted my application, but I have a question about your error. Was it submitted as "City A" instead of "City B" (both cities are in your country)? If that's the case, I think a web form sent to them will be helpful! If it's a wrong country, I'm not sure if a web form helps. but...
