    Pretty much, summer is the best time to be here applying for jobs. If you are getting interviews right now, might as well fly-in and see if any of those convert to a job and then stay till your spouse figures out their move.

    MPs can't do anything to speed the process in this case. They do an inquiry on your behalf and are told the same thing they'll tell you over a call.

    They'll send the email again. You can call after a week to ask them again. I don't think they can refuse your application if they sent an email that was never received.

    Just call the generic 1800 IRCC number that you can find on Google. Inform that the email was sent, but never received. They'll send the email again.

    Cancelling your application won't do anything good either. Just wait for the result and see what happens. We obviously can't advise on the LOE/no LOE (most won't), but you can refer to a lawyer to get a peace of mind.

    IRCC is now re-evaluating some applications even after P1, P2, etc. Not sure if it is becoming normal, but there's something going on for sure. We've seen eligibility and misrep being re-evaluated post P2 as well.

    Whatsapp groups are a severe security risks. We get a lot of scammers create those groups to steal your PII. Better to have Telegram groups where you can keep your identity safe.

    CLB5 to CLB7 is actually the difficult jump to make. Focus on your weakness that you saw coming through in TEF/TCF/whatever you gave and you can get through in a couple of months with CLB7.

    H&C would be harder and more nerve-wrecking tbh as we can see over these threads. The wait times are longer and the result is very unpredictable. Once you apply for H&C, you'll also risk the ability to get a work permit extended in Canada too. So, ideally you would want to max out your options...
