    It actually not that fast as the normal one is considerably fast too. One advantage I heard is you don't need a guarantor or reference with this new process.

    1. Can't you use your Canadian passport and OCI to enter India? 2. No 3. It can be attached to only one passport. You can use the OCI miscellaneous service and switch from Canadian to USA. This would lead to a new OCI card.
