The only thing I can see over here on this page that IRCC asks people to inform them if they plan to leave more than 2 weeks. Now, is this only to manage oath invites or so (i dont know) - but it is indeed mentioned over here...- m34

I can confirm this. I submitted a webform about a month ago and received a response very quickly indicating that everything was in order and the application was still in process. My sense is that unless the webform brings in any material change to your file, the response is essentially the same...- m34

So let me take a wild guess. Even if you pass the 13 months and your application is still pending (hopefully not), they will tell you "we contacted IRCC but this is outside of their hands as its with a third party"- m34

Similar boat here. The 68k ahead of you is indicative and not necessarily they have to be completed before your turn comes. There are actually people who applied after us in July that got their oath scheduled already. Call IRCC now and they would tell you are still within processing time or call...- m34
