    Most likely IRCC will just continue with your application without getting back to you as you have sent 2 mutually exclusive requests. But if they do want to proceed with a withdrawal they will send you a form to be filled out and signed.

    Online courses are good but not enough at all, you need spend at least 3-4 hours a day, as much as possible really: read, listen, watch, speak, write, grammar, vocabulary exercises, applications. And also do some test-specific preparations for a test you are preparing for.
