Our troll is back. Marking him ignore and moving on.

Not included Masters in Study Permit

Not all cases would be treated this way, if you deliberately hid it, that's misrepresentation and it would be upto an officer to decide. It isn't the same output for all.

    Refugee/Asylum Claimants 2025 Timelines

The highest integrity programs have high levels of fraud in it - which makes Refugee programs far far more prone to fraud. And hence, the appeal of "case-by-case" dies with it. If we can, redirecting the funds being spent on countless fake applications should be redirected towards citizens that...

    Refugee/Asylum Claimants 2025 Timelines

The number of times I've openly heard Uber drivers telling me how "made a story" and "got a PR" tells me otherwise. When EE has so much of fraud (despite so many checks), Refugee and H&C are definitely one of those places where blanket actions are needed. Case-by-case puts the burden back on...

Concern Regarding Delay in Receiving BIL - Permanent Residency

Call or send a webform to let them know that you see an error for a BIL that they sent but for whatever reason it failed. Back up everything by the specific notes of GCMS + info on whether payment was made, etc. That's something that could prompt them to revisit this issue again. Don't contact...

Concern Regarding Delay in Receiving BIL - Permanent Residency

Every VO has been listed as "worst" - all of this is anecdotal. >I mean they can at least leave a note & flag it for the responsible office You are expecting a public service job to have better levels of service when most private jobs don't even deserve to exist. We don't live in a world of...

Concern Regarding Delay in Receiving BIL - Permanent Residency

    > & yet the call center agents don't give a **** Their job is to provide you with info, not to get personally involved here. A CS job guideline is to stick to existing SOPs and not deviate from them. BIL is also manually triggered and in between millions of BILs issued each year, some will get...

My IELTS was expired but I received ITA with real Ielts ID but wrong expire date.

The way I see it, there's nothing to be stressed about. You made a mistake of letting your IELTS expire so close to ITA, but that's just a mistake. It is completely fixable. Just another "oh shit" situation and it will pass - think of this no differently than missing an exit, you'll drive for a...

My IELTS was expired but I received ITA with real Ielts ID but wrong expire date.

Why are you asking the same question that has already been answered before? Just retake IELTS and submit the score again as I wrote earlier.

My IELTS was expired but I received ITA with real Ielts ID but wrong expire date.

You can submit a new IELTS - make sure that meet minimum language requirements and on top of that adding new IELTS score doesn't end up reducing your CRS below the minimum CRS cutoff. You should be good! Submitting a new IELTS isn't misrepresentation, but always a good idea to never fall in this...

    Copr cancelled

Anonymize and paste what your GCMS notes show when it comes to everything else. As for what you shared, I can think of the following: 1. There were very serious concerns around your case and that's why you were called for an interview. CoPR cancelled is not a normal status from what we see, it...

Soft landing in Canada on Saturday - Advice needed on BSF186/BSF186a/Other things

IIRC, wasn't it you (or maybe someone else) who recommended getting something of an import certificate during first landing for items like gold, laptops, etc. Could just be me not remembering it right. I missed doing so during my landing as well because customs waved me through for everything.

    NOVEMBER 2025 AOR

Whatsapp groups are full of scammers trying to mine your info. Not worth it.

    July 2025 AOR

That goes pretty well with what your other notes said before. Unfortunately, you can't do much. If the info has already been submitted back to IRCC, it is just waiting for an officer to pickup your application again and finalize BG check.

I do not intend to claim points for foreign work experience

You have to disclose it and also share the name of this "consultant" to RCIC and inform them of unethical behavior. The govt already knows that you've worked, misrepresentation will give you the other end of the stick for sure!

I do not intend to claim points for foreign work experience

You'll not only have to disclose it in your personal history, but also you'll have to add an LoE here. It will be upto an officer to decide what to do next here. You should get an immigration lawyer now.

I do not intend to claim points for foreign work experience

Sorry, I'm not in a state of mind to calculate (in-between other activities) - it reads as if you were working without a valid permit between Sep 5, 2024 -> Feb 2025? I'd say that's not a "minor issue". If you worked, the govt already knows.

Workaround for Guarantor and references for Canadian Passport

The delay is only of a few days/weeks because they sometimes perform an extra review and can take more time to verify your identity. Most people don't even notice it. Use a regular guarantor if you are worried by it and have them mail you overnight if anything's a concern here.

Workaround for Guarantor and references for Canadian Passport

What makes you think having a "guarantor/notary" has any bearing on the timeline itself?
