In the body of the CBSA ATIP response, they provide an email address if you have further questions about your request. Try this if you didn’t quite get what you were anticipating. I found the responses to be fairly quick, within a day or two- InternationalBelle29

Yes it was total silence. I asked for GCMS notes 3 times during that time. All of them seemed to note physical presence couldn’t be verified. I sent webforms to confirm physical presence. Withdrawing probably won’t help and the fees aren’t refundable. I was in the same boat with npr. I got exit and entry records from CBSA and sent them to IRCC. It seems to have kicked my application back into gear as I’ve finally gotten the test invite- InternationalBelle29
