I made this question, but I'm still waiting the answer lol. But I'm 100% sure that IRCC starts to process the PR card after p2. I saw another applicant on Facebook who got p2 in December and Copr few weeks ago. The PR card arrived last Friday.- James Russo

In a few more months, I think we’re going to start seeing news for April 2025 applicants. My spouse has decided to anticipate the medical exam. Spousal sponsorship while short on physical presence
It's not necessary to renew the permanent residence, but the PR card only. As soon you are an Resident Permanent, you might be a sponsor, except if you were sponsored for someone in the last 5 years.- James Russo
