    Adding to this, although not able to login, I keep getting email alert of "new sign-in attempt" when I try logging in.

    Hi all, I had no problem logging into IRCC portal to check my super visa application this morning, but now I am getting the error message of "User information could not be found". Just wondering if anybody is having the same issue.
