Can't say 100%, but mostly they will handle the same office and you can expect your P1 and P2 from Etobicoke.- Kani1980

Check your P1 email PDF letter's bottom of the page or Where have you faced your 1st and 2nd Interview? Mostly you will get the P1 and P2 from that office.- Kani1980

Refugee Travel Document Processing Time
Because of Canada post's delays, we can't say the actual timeline. for my mom, it took almost 3 weeks. but for one of my known person, it took just 10 days and he received by Canada post.- Kani1980
