    Some people get it in a week or two but unfortunately, some people wait more than two months. Hang in there, it's almost over.

    I believe that as a PR you can work in your desired field. The only caveat I can think if is if you are contracted for a particular length of time with your current employer, then you're obligated to that just as any other citizen or PR.
