VFS global passport submission, didn't collect height and eye color document

Date format to use on the back of photo?
Was going through the instructions here and it is not mentioned what date format is expected. What date format should we use at the back of the principal applicant photo? dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd ?- mrdaks
