    Just called IRCC, for some reasons my LPP hasn't even started yet. Not sure the reason why but it is stuck without any update since 30th August when the background was completed. Really frustrating I had plans to travel in Nov this year and Jan next year.

    I don’t think the have anything to do with audio. They do take screenshots and capture photos during the test as per the details they have provided in the email.

    That is actually a better idea. The only drawback is that they take a lot longer to respond to the enquiry. But in your case, the wait should worth it.

    I don’t think they can. You should get the GCMS notes. That may help. You can try your luck by calling and see if they can advise you on what else can be done.

    Call 1-888-242-2100 and follow the instructions for citizenship application status and you’ll be able to speak to IRCC fellows. They can only tell you what you can see on your tracker, nothing else.

    If it is a glitch, IRCC can always turn it back to "in progress". I have seen it happening in the past.
