Hello all! I had applied for my work-permit in Dec 2024 and received my work permit in Feb 2026. My Indian passport expiry is April 2028. I got work permit until 2028. Thank you so much. How much time does it take for Form 7 to be shared to us? I have an apt this Saturday to submit the docs. I called the BLS for Voter ID documents, he said that you only need to submit declaration form and not Form 7. However, I will still do that because you never know , BLS...- smanchanda

Do we need to take birth certificate with us for fresh OCI application even though we are Indians by birth? We don't have original copies with us but can provide photocopies- smanchanda
