    Yes, I think they changed the way they calculated it. It was case by case before but what they are doing right now is total application divided by immigration plan quota etc. more generic, less mandamus/ judicial review.

    It is already 30 months since I have applied. Processing time shows 39 months left it was 38 last month. The reason why I applied for H&C will be disappear during this time. Really weird situation.

    You got your AIP at least. I think in my case they transferred my files to special unit they called cmb, waiting for their decision we are not at the same page.

    No updates yet. They sent my files to somewhere else and now I am waiting for them to advise ircc about my case. Non routine.
