Upsize?
Currently living in a 2000 sq ft home 3 bed 3 bath 1 car garage. Really regretting not buying something slightly larger from the start like 2300 sq ft 2 car garage. Looking to upsize but honestly even something 2500 sq ft is a few hundred thousand more than ours so we'd lose money on realtor...
