Called IRCC today and still my LPP has not started. The last update was background completed on May 30 and since then nothing. It was ten months in March, and this applies to all applications in progress. Although the processing time doesn’t accurately reflect the actual time taken, they use it to indicate that we’re still within the processing timeframe, even though many applications take less time.- JohnnyDamien

I did speak with an agent today and asked her why my LPP has not been started yet. She said even if her system shows notbstarted that doesnt mean its true. They might be working on the file and the system doesnt show it yet. Fingers crossed!- JohnnyDamien
