    I think they process initial steps like background and test invite.. All the remaining steps are completed closer to the oath ceremony. So that's why you may not see any major updates till you start seeing the oath ceremony closer to those who applied before you.. It is just a waiting game...

    Yes.. I think every application is processed randomly. But I also didn't upload all the pages of the passport. Let's see and wait.. But they also asked me to give Fingerprints randomly.. Even though I had given them in the past as well..:rolleyes:

    Most probably, one of your application stages got passed or it could be ADR.. If you don't receive ADR in 2-3 days after ghost update, then it is related to passing of one of the application stages.

    No email or update will be received from IRCC. May be you can try to call and check if you are really curious. But you will see that background check will be comepleted in the tracker. It is about one month or so to get background check approved after giving FP.

    There is no fixed timeline. For some applicants, it is updated after 1-2 weeks, but for some, it may take up to 1-2 months as well. It ultimately comes down to the officer processing your file.

    That's strange. For me, it happened the other way around. I received the test invitation email a couple of days before it was updated on the tracker. May be wait 1-2 days. You should receive one soon...

    Thanks to both of you for your help.. I was over-complicating the test.. It was not that difficult.. As long as one had read Discover Canada and completed the practice test available online.. they will be okay.. I scored 20 out of 20.. :)
