Agreed, its likely an automated withdrawal. Correct, it does sound like an error. I did reapply for a PGWP with a letter of explanation and included the PRTD refusal letter but my application was withdrawn a second time. Hi, I received the exact same letter as wonderhd11 after I applied for a PGWP. I applied again after submitting a webform to indicate that my first application was withdrawn in error and they withdrew it for the same reason. I had PR in 2011 but never satisfied the RO.
