    Why not get access to your PR tracker? It makes no sense for ONLY them to have access to your application, beyond PR tracker, you can also ask them to create an account for you. So many "consultants" who have missed PPR/RFV mails in the past that it is worth having your own credentials to check.

    Pretty normal timeline. You'll get a message for the passport dispatch soon. From my experience with CGI - we raised BLS issues with them earlier this year - I can assure you that CGI is only going to ignore requests that aren't facing any significant delay here. Expect a month or more too.
