    LOL that’s exactly what I’m wondering too! The letter mentioned that, under the pilot program, applications are processed faster than the normal timeline. We also received the AOR yesterday along with the biometrics for both the applicant and the dependents.

    I don't see any problem, as you can sponsor them and should be quick compared to sponsoring dependents from outside.

    Yes, they're taking a long time these days. I applied for my dad on January 28, 2025, and he only received the temporary number in April. Since then, it's been complete silence — no fingerprint request, no AOR, nothing.
